BEAD PEEPS SWAP N HOP REVEAL!!!!!!!

Ah it is finally that day. It came so fast!!! Seems like I just got the beads to do this challenge.....

Wondering where the time went from then til now. So much has happened. I started a new job. Working full time now. My beads and I have become such strangers.

I guess i was hoping the Zombies came and took my beads and made me beautiful projects but when I got a chance to look I found they didn't show up after all. So now what do I do???
After alot of contemplating what to do to achieve completed project I decided to  call on the bead ferries. They didn't show up either.  Im guess they are really busy with reveal day coming soon to a blog near you......

So on to completing the task at hand. which for me was creating for 2 swaps :)

So here it goes......

First i send my partners the following:

this is what i send Louise McCormick-Glazier:

I send Brandie Collier this:

I received this from Louise:

I received this from Brandie:

So into my bag went my stuff.......
weeks went by.......
My stuff still sits... the wheels keep turning.....
next thing I know I am transferring to another job......
An so ends my job of a little over 2 years.... I am now on to a different home.  From Walmart to Sams we go....... A welcome change of course..... From Part time to Full time.......
Bead oh where are my beads...... They are now getting neglected...... Oh no they been missed placed.... or have they?????? Did the Zombies take them to complete projects????? Nope.... Here they are in the other travel bag that I have......
Its time to call on them bead ferries.... oh where are they in my time of need???? I have 2 weeks left and I have projects that need completed...... Well they are no where to be found now... whe I need them most.  Ok its up to me I need to get creating......

Well time has run short so much has happened.... Now well.... i can say i made some things.... 2 to be exact...

First:

this is what i made from what louise sent: Its a necklace using a piece of fabric, seed beads and the focal. Imade it to be worn 2 seperate ways. with the beads pushed down to the center and with them expanded up the fabric like chain. with a beautiful Pendant she sent to go with it.  I was hoping to do more buy them ferries are missing!!!!!

Next on to what Brandie sent... Well them seed bead are talking saying make me into a rope!! and that clasp... well it screams out I am a focal. You know I am a Focal.  Who am I are argue with it??? So away we go making it a focal. it sure is a pretty focal. It really works much better as a focal then as a clasp. i like it centered in the middle. here it is:

SO there you have it... 2 swaps completed by Me since the ferries werent available. I guess to many people we calling on them..... and no the Zombies are not available either..... Cats were not interest in the beads this time around... guess the weather is to warm for them to want to do anything other then lay around on tiles... After all it is Vegas and temps are already nearly 100 degrees recently.

So feel free to hop on over and check out the other blocks here is a list:

  2. Wow, you signed up for 2 swaps! Congratulations on completing them both. I had enough time to make 4 pieces, but only post 3 of them in my blog. With last minute commissions popping in between making my bead swap. I really love that you turned your clasp into a focal as well. Sometimes our partners send us items they feel is the focal, but when we receive them we take a second look & you found a diamond in the rough.
