Blue Fantasy AND Anchors Aweigh!!!!

First we will start with BLUE FANTASY!

Here is what i had to start with:

So i looked and looked at this beautiful palate and had many ideas. I set it aside. Suddenly I came down sick ( yes I been sick for a week!!!)  So while sick in bed i decided to play with my beads!!! well this is what i was able to come up with.

Usually i use most of the beads in my pack and some of my own but unfortunately this time I wasn't able to. I hope you do enjoy what I did create!!!

Next is ANCHORS AWEIGH!

Yes 2 blog hops while sick!! Again beading in bed! all i could think of with anchors was Coral!! and i played away and this is what i came up with. A pair of earrings with beautiful pair of earrings with beautiful anchors made by suburban girl!

Choosy Chicks Choose Chicklets Design Challenge

We will start off here with the Suebeads Chicklet Design and Blog Hop!
I have been suffering from a bit of design block lately. Finally it came to me that my little chicklet would make a pretty key ring!  I decided to use knotting cord with bone pieces feathers and star and then a few seed beads to dangle as well. this is what I came up with:

thank you toltec jewels and sue beads for the opportunity to participate in this wonderful blog hop. I was also given a couple extra chicklets and bought a set too lookign forward to designing with them :)

Haberdashery Blog Hop

This was a design blog hop using fibers in a design.. again with design block ti took a while . I was surfing pinterest for ideas. i contemplated a few different things then decided why not make a simple pair of earrings!!! This is what I came up with! Yes they are quick and easy fabric roll earrings.:)

this one got me way out of my elementl while suffering design block i wasn't quite sure where to take this challenge.  I still may add a dangle to this pair of earrings but I at least needed to post something.

Summer Carnival Blog Hop

Last and certainly not least is my Carnival Blog Hop!!! FINALLY Creativity has returned!!! Yes it took quite a while!!!! but I started to play with my beads and this is what I started with:

Well this is the first things i created not using the pieces but totally inspired but the theme of carnival merry-go-rounds.... i think of fairs and the merry-go-round! this piece is based off a pattern i bought from julia s preti called day pendant. i changed up colors  and the design to turn it into a merry-go-round! added horses too to both :)

Gemstone and Metal Blog Hop

Welcome to my Gemstone and Metal Blog Hop Reveal!

I have been trying to stay out of my element with my designs for these block hops. I have been trying to change it up from my typical routine and create different projects. this time i have created a necklace, bracelet and earrings. there are 2 pairs of earrings. Thank you Kathleen for the 2nd pair. Kathleen and I spent time looking at our beads and creating together at our local bead store Sweet Beads here in Las Vegas.
